My artwork is an extension of who I am.  I love that maritime coastal feel and draw my inspiration from that.  I do not have a specific style of watercolour painting or sketching, but have found that I enjoy various styles depending on the subject matter.  I have not had any formal training, but have always been an artistic person and my work reflects the styles that I have found most appealing and interesting.

I started watercolour painting as a way to express my creativity.  I had tried oil and acrylic paining previously, but the look and light feel of watercolour peeked my need to continue working with this medium.
